  • UltuCup Menstrual Cup Review

Hello mamas! As you know, I am OBSESSED with menstrual cups. If you don't know what a menstrual cup is, it's time to get with the program!

If you have been following my feed (or the PeriodMiami feed), then you already know that UltuCup is one of my favorite menstrual cups right now. I am already a huge advocate for this brand for many reasons, not only because they make a great product for women, but because they give back to the community and support women in need.

I have been using the UltuCup for about 5 cycles now, along with with organic cotton pads and reusable liners. I feel that I have used this cup long enough to give you my honest opinion. Keep in mind, not all menstrual cups work for everyone! We all have different bodies and vaginas with their own special needs. Be patient and remember you may have to experiment a bit for you find the right cup or cups for your flow. On this blog I only post products I use personally and that I think would benefit other women. If you have allergies, health issues or any reason to be concerned about using a menstrual cup, talk to your gynecologist before using!

  • DIY Whipped Blackberry Lemonade Body Scrub

I love to make blackberry lemonade, it tastes amazing, smells great, plus blackberries are super good for you. They actually have a lot of skin benefits whether you eat them raw or slather the juice on your face. So naturally it got me thinking, why not make this recipe into a body scrub?

I have to say, it worked out pretty great! I think you will enjoy this one ;-)

  • Brand New Website, Who Dis?!

Hello mamas and friends! I have been debating on creating this new website for a while, but I finally decided it was time to go for it!

Truth is, I tend to get in my own way a lot. As a true Cancer, I have a great fear of being vulnerable and don't always want to share my personal experiences. To be honest, I am full of self-doubt! I'm very good at telling other people's stories, promoting their products and making them shine. But when it comes to promoting myself and giving myself credit for my accomplishments, I get scared and hide.
